These terms apply to walkraw.com and the programs, community, content, and services offered under the Walk RAW name by Big Heavy Solutions ("we," "us"). By using the site or signing up for anything here, you agree to them.
Walk RAW offers faith-based personal development and coaching. It is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988, or call 911.
We give you the framework and the support. The work is yours. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
The FACTS Walk (8 weeks): Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the Walk starts. First-week guarantee: if you attend the first session and it is not for you, ask within 48 hours after that session and you get a full refund. After that, no refunds. If a real emergency pulls you out, you can move your spot to the next FACTS Walk one time.
1:1 Coaching (4 sessions): Full refund any time before your first session. If it is not a fit after the first session, you get back the 3 unused sessions. After the second session, no refunds. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session without notice counts as used. Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Free resources have nothing to refund, and the book on Amazon follows Amazon's return policy.
Our community is built on respect and trust. Keep what other members share private. No harassment, hate, spam, or selling. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
The FACTS framework, The F.A.C.T.S. of Life book and workbook, Blueprints, videos, slide decks, podcast episodes, and other materials belong to Big Heavy Solutions and Coach Wiggins. You are welcome to use them for your own growth. Please do not copy, resell, or share them publicly without written permission.
We link to sites we do not control, like Amazon, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Their own terms apply there.
The site and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Big Heavy Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site or programs, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
