• Information you give us: your name, email address, and phone number when you take the FACTS Life Assessment, request the free chapter, book a call, join the Founding Member Waitlist, buy a program, or contact us.
• Your assessment answers, so we can send your results and the Blueprint that fits them.
• Payment information when you buy something. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic usage data, such as browser type, pages visited, and cookies our website platform sets so the site works properly.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, like your assessment results, the free chapter, or access to a program or the community.
• To email you coaching content, updates, and offers from Walk RAW. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
• To schedule calls and reply to your messages.
• To process payments and keep records we are required to keep.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.

Text messages

If you text us or give us your phone number, we may reply by text about your request. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your phone number and text opt-in will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Walk RAW, such as our website, email, scheduling, and payment platforms, and only so they can provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are in contact with us or enrolled in a program, and as long as needed for legal and record-keeping reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Age

Walk RAW is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
